My fiancé and I bought two beautiful Oriental wool hand-knotted rugs from Nashville Fine Rug and are extremely pleased with our purchase. Omid, the store manager, and his adorable dog, Gucci (can't forget about his assistant!), did an excellent job guiding us on the various rug options available at the store. Outstanding Service by this company. Omid is an expert in his product! Ofter buying fine carpets from him for several years, I found his service and value the best in the business. He takes time to visit you home to determine the size of rugs and coordinates with you home items to look for the best ambience. He services the rug by picking up at your home and returning them to the same locations. I do not have to worry about moving the furniture. He carefully does all the work. Establishing a customer friendly relationship is his most important goal. Truly, the best in the business!

Yesterday, I went into Nashville Rug Gallery for the first time and was DELIGHTED with my experience. The man I spoke to (I'm sorry that I didn't catch your name!) was down to earth and extremely helpful, as I'm in the very early stages of looking for a rug. I just bought my 6th rug from Nashville Fine Rugs. I keep coming back to this store because of two things. Their product is top quality, and Omid is a fantastic decorator and a wonderful person. I’ll show him the space I want to put a rug in, and he gives me amazing selections. I will give him ideas like “playful” “fun” or “elegant” and he knows exactly what I’m talking about.
